Sales Assistant

The Sales Staff is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with store operations and brand standards.

• Greets customers and assists them in identifying and selecting appropriate products based on their needs
• Provides accurate product information and responds to customer inquiries effectively
• Conducts product presentations and demonstrations (e.g., fragrance testing) to support sales conversion
• Achieves assigned individual sales targets and contributes to overall store performance
• Processes sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Monitors stock levels and reports low or fast-moving items
• Participates in inventory counts and assists in reconciliation of discrepancies
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and proper product display in accordance with company standards
• Prepares and submits required sales and inventory reports accurately and on time
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
