Job Description

The Sales & Key Accounts Associate On Trade manages and grows relationships with key accounts and distributors (supermarkets, convenience stores, retail stores, and sub-distributors). The role focuses on driving sales performance, coordinating field and on-site activities in BGC and Manila, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to support sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies; monitor performance and prepare reports.
  • Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and address account challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with agreements and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for account concerns and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in Key Accounts, Distribution, or similar sales roles.
  • Experience in selling premium meat/ham products is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel and able to work independently and collaboratively.
