Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, effectively presenting products, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will also support daily store operations and contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and follow company payment procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and ensure displays, pricing, and promotions are properly maintained.
• Support the Store Manager and team with daily store operations and customer service activities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through a customer-focused selling approach.
• Recommend complementary or additional products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor at all times.
• Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives, including in-store events, social media content, live selling sessions, and campaigns.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and new product arrivals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit required daily or weekly sales reports.
  
  

• Strong and confident communication skills when interacting with customers.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience in online selling or live selling is an advantage.
  
  

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers through social media platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate products or conduct live selling sessions is a plus.
  
  

• Willing to be assigned to various store or office locations when necessary.
