Your Task: 


  • Generate revenue through the Retail Sales Cash Channel by converting cash shipment inquiries into new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of cash customers through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new accounts.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and maintain daily call activity targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for retail and cash customers, providing sales and post-sales support.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Support the implementation of retail sales promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and sales performance reports.
  • Perform other sales-related duties and projects assigned by management.


What you bring?


  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Strong telephone sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and achieve sales targets.
  • Results-driven with strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
