As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating various hiring activities within the HR/Recruitment Department. Your role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing and posting job ads to screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
Administrative Support: Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.
