Job Description
WRS Health in Remote Philippines seeks a Human-Centered Design Engineer to bridge user needs and technical execution. You will lead qualitative research, map journeys, build prototypes, and run usability tests to ensure our EHR and practice management solutions are intuitive and safe for physicians, staff, billers, and patients.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams in an Agile environment, mentor teammates, and uphold accessibility and HIPAA-safe research.
