Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot Expert) with 5+ years of experience to build marketing systems, execute high-impact campaigns, and support scalable marketing operations for both internal teams and clients.

You will serve as a go-to expert for HubSpot and marketing operations, driving automation, analytics, content development workflows, and cross-functional process optimization with both strategic and hands-on contributions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive selfstarter with a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to contribute to a positive, highperformance culture.

Position Overview

  • Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of HubSpot (workflows, automation, lists/segments, forms, CRM settings, tracking, dashboards, reporting).
  • Maintain and improve the MarTech stack; ensure system reliability, data cleanliness, documentation, and scalability.
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across social, search, and email.
  • Develop cost-efficient, high-ROI marketing engines for internal teams and external clients.
  • Create playbooks, QA processes, SLAs, and workflow standards to improve operational efficiency.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on KPIs (UTMs, attribution, funnel metrics, conversion rates).
  • Present insights and optimization recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate briefs, assets, calendars, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior contributors and support a collaborative, high-performance culture with a path toward supervisory/player-coach responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital marketing and/or marketing operations with proven campaign execution.
  • Advanced HubSpot skills (automation, workflows, segmentation, lifecycle management, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical and optimization mindset; deep familiarity with attribution, UTMs, and funnel metrics.
  • Excellent English communication; high attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to support international time zones.
  • Own computer and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification (or equivalent advanced credentials).
  • Familiarity with other standard CRM/MarTech systems - a plus.
  • Background in scaling marketing teams in fast-growth environments.
  • Graphic design capability (Canva/Adobe) - a plus.
  • Experience with Teamwork or similar project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday) - a plus.
  • Experience supporting international or US-based clients.
