Offshore QBO Bookkeeper (Remote, Full-Time) — Logistis for Designers

Who we are

Logistis for Designers is a boutique accounting firm that specializes exclusively in interior designers. We’re a fast-paced, growing team that’s equal parts detail-obsessed and client-focused—and we’re looking for an offshore bookkeeper who’s confident in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excited to grow with us.

What You’ll Do (core Responsibilities)

You’ll support our senior accountants and clients by keeping financials accurate and up-to-date, including:

• QBO reconciliations (bank + credit card) and issue-spotting
• Transaction coding + bookkeeping data entry (including journal entries when needed)
• Financial reporting: generating and reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
• Client communication: answering accounting questions via email
• Admin support to senior accountants as needed (keeping workflows moving)
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 2+ years of hands-on QBO experience (reconciliations are a must)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Extreme attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Ability to manage tasks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written English communication (professional email writing is essential)
• Comfort joining Zoom calls with our team
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new systems
  
  

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience working with service-based businesses (bonus if you’ve supported creatives)
• Experience with common accounting tools/workflows (Bill.com, payroll platforms, receipt tools, etc.)

Experience / education

• Minimum 2 years of QBO experience (or equivalent training + strong proof of skill)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business/finance is preferred, but not required
