National Capital Private is currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic experienced Registered Nurse to join our close-knit, friendly and hardworking Cath Lab team on a full time basis.

As a Registered Cath Lab Nurse your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
  • Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on coronary angiograms, pacemakers, angioplasty, EPS, ablations and other cardiac devices
  • Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Act as a role model for Safe Practice

Essential Criteria

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • 3+ years in Cath Lab as a Registered Nurse
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Cardiac care
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMFACT Nurse and Midwives -Enterprise Agreement 2022- 2025, a salary ranging from $38.72 - $52.32 per hour.
