About Our Client

The company is a large organisation operating in the retail industry with a number of existing stores in the Philippines.

Job Description

Store development & network expansion in the Philippines and other SEA countries
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
Build and develop a high performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Represent the organisation in local and international business activities.

The Successful Applicant

Background in retail operations and proven track record in scaling
Background in the Philippines & ideally multiple countries is preferred
Hands-on and strong in execution as well as strategy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders - there are many local & global partners/ stakeholders
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
Mobile for travel and/or relocation

Whats on Offer

Rare opportunity to scale an organisation in the Philippines & subsequently overseas markets
After 1 year, the business will expand to 1-2 additional countries so this person will then take on a regional role
