A Successful Regional Commercial Head Should Have

A strong background in the FMCG industry, in commercial leadership roles.
Proven expertise in strategy development and operational excellence.
Exceptional financial acumen and business insight.
Background working in the Philippines & handling multiple countries is preferred.
Proven track record developing high performing teams & succession planning
