Salary: P60,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Certificate III/IV in Business, Human Resources, or related field (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail, particularly when handling candidate information and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to follow company procedures, templates, and guidelines consistently.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in administration or recruitment support roles (Essential).
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
  • Experience in structured, process-driven office environments.
  • Exposure to recruitment, mining, or blue-collar industries (Essential).

What will you do? Performance & Compliance WHS & Environmental Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Administration
    • Source candidates using Boolean search techniques across internal and external databases.
    • Code and categorise candidate profiles accurately for future talent pooling.
    • Conduct initial resume screening against role criteria and flag suitable profiles.
    • Update and maintain candidate records, compliance documentation, and internal systems.
    • Format resumes to company and client standards.
    • Upload and manage candidate documentation including licences, tickets, and qualifications.
    • Provide daily and weekly lists of compliant and available candidates to recruiters.
    • Support job ad updates and social media recruitment campaigns.
    • Liaise with recruitment administration to assist with onboarding and compliance processes.
    • Step in to support other recruitment functions during leave or peak workload periods.
    • Contribute to team meetings and share sourcing insights or improvement suggestions.
    • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, privacy standards, and employment legislation.
    • Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing and administrative tasks as required.
    • Monitor and work towards KPIs set by the Recruitment Manager.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
    • Follow company quality standards and participate in audits and improvement initiatives.
    • Contribute to achieving operational and recruitment targets.
    • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others.
    • Present fit for work, free from alcohol and drugs.
    • Notify management of any medication that may impact duties.
    • Comply with all WHS and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Promptly report hazards, risks, or incidents.
    • Wear and maintain PPE as required.
    • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
