Recruitment Operations And Automation Manager US Recruitment Firm WFH

Work Hours: 10pm - 7am PH (Monday - Friday)

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience on a similar role
• Highly tech-savvy with a strong focus on automation and systems
• Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations and workflows
• Ability to act as a systems integrator, with strong technical and process-oriented thinking
• Proven experience managing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment systems
• Must have hands-on experience building and implementing automations within a recruiting environment (e.g., workflows, tool integrations, and process optimizations)
• Automation and systems experience is a mandatory requirement and will be the primary evaluation criteria for this role
  
  

What will you do?

Inbound Applicant Review

• Review all inbound candidates
• Move candidates through ATS
• Reject or advance based on job criteria
  
  

ATS Management

• Maintain accurate pipelines
• Move candidates between stages
• Ensure all ATS systems remain updated
  
  

Slack Operations Monitoring

• Monitor recruiting channels
• Act on candidate feedback
• Ensure updates within 30 minutes
  
  

Outreach Infrastructure

• Upload candidates to ATS (eg. Gem, HireEZ etc)
• Manage campaigns
• Monitor bounce rates
• Update contact data
  
  

Recruiting Reporting

• Weekly reports
• Pipeline metrics
• Client reporting
  
  

Automation Support

• Use Zapier
• Explore integrations
• Improve data flow across tools
