As a Senior Recruiting Professional in the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, entry-level hiring needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, drive an efficient recruiting process, and deliver timely candidate decisions. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and present diverse candidate slates. You will monitor candidate progress through pre-employment steps and provide clear updates to candidates and internal stakeholders. You will also identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for entry-level openings from intake through offer acceptance
  • Conduct candidate interviews and deliver diverse candidate slates for hiring manager consideration
  • Provide regular, accurate progress updates to hiring managers and drive timely decision-making throughout the process
  • Monitor candidate flow through pre-employment steps and communicate status updates to candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring support teams to meet hiring goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Identify process gaps and lead or support efficiency initiatives to improve outcomes and cycle time

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Demonstrated end-to-end recruiting experience supporting high-volume hiring
  • Strong customer service and client management skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels and functions
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and competing priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment with a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and competing priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment with a continuous improvement mindset

Internal Application Eligibility Requirements

Tenure

Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement. Specific roles require longer tenure in current position to be eligible to apply. Unless established for specific positions by the line of business, the standard tenure requirement is 12 months.
