Salary: P50,000-P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM Manila Time)

Contract Period:
10 months (with possibility of extension of up to 3 months)

Target Start Date: May 04, 2026 (Monday)

We are seeking for a Rebates Analyst who will execute the rebates claim process effectively and efficiently in accordance with agreed supplier terms, in support of the integrity and accuracy of income owing and the profitability of the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and relevant Finance and Merchandise teams to ensure the timely receipt of purchase information to enable rebate claims to be raised.
  • Prepare required reports to enable rebate claims to be raised and ensure information is saved within the system.
  • Execute an effective claims process, ensuring compliance with core procedures and timeframes including accurately recording rebates in appropriate systems and following through with required supporting documentation to suppliers, to ensure accurate monthly financials.
  • Undertake the regular reconciliation of supplier purchase data against records.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all rebate claims are credited by suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance and support to the rebates team as and when required.
  • Work with suppliers and relevant internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of disputed claims and related issues or escalation where required.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial accounting, accounts receivable, or a dedicated rebate/claims role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience in complex formulas.
  • Experience working with a large ERP system, (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Ability to work with high volume data.

Nice to Have:

  • AU Client Experience
  • Prior experience in Retail, Wholesale, or FMCG is highly valuable
