Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Façade Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting the successful delivery of façade and building envelope projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating façade or building envelope projects, preferably in commercial or industrial construction environments
• Proficiency with estimation software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with façade materials, including curtain wall, window wall, ACM panel, glass, metal panel, stone, and other cladding systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, standards, and industry best practices (preferred)
