What will you do?

As a Quality Representative in our Project Services Hub in Global Design Centre Manila, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Communicate quality standards, requirements, and best practices across project teams to ensure alignment
• Plan and deliver internal and external audits to maintain compliance with quality processes and project requirements
• Monitor and report quality performance, including audit findings, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive timely corrective and preventive actions to closure
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure robust document control, governance, and compliance
• Assess and evaluate subconsultants and suppliers to ensure their quality systems meet established standards
• Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and PMs to maintain consistent quality across project delivery
• Partner with Aurecon Quality & Assurance teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization of practices
  
  

Qualifications (Required)

You will also need the following capabilities:

• Detail-oriented with experience in reporting, coordination, and tracking project deliverables
• Proactive in driving projects forward by identifying risks and escalating key issues
• Relevant QA background with hands-on auditing or quality assurance experience
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and compliance standards
• Experience in engineering or construction environments; able to work independently with minimal supervision
