Purchasing Officer AU Construction Hybrid

Salary: P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3+ years’ experience in purchasing, procurement support, or buyer roles, with AU/US client mandatory.
• Experience in construction, mechanical, industrial, or engineering sectors a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems mandatory.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, RFQs, and purchase order workflows mandatory.
  
  

What will you do?

• Maintain purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Track and expedite orders to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving invoice and delivery discrepancies.
• Support procurement team in supplier communication and follow-ups, including phone calls to confirm quotes or delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with approved supplier list—no independent sourcing of new suppliers; escalate exceptions to the Procurement Officer.
• Support offshore adaptation of procurement workflows and documentation.
• Participate in brief daily check-ins or project updates with the onshore team as required.
