Job Description

  • Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and comparing product offerings.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of inventory and requisitions.
  • Support the purchasing team in negotiations and supplier communications.
  • Monitor stock levels and advise on potential order issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist with the assessment of supplier performance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: No experience is required, we accept fresh graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
