The Proposal Support Lead will lead the Proposal Support Team and support the development of high value and strategic proposals to grow the revenue pipeline in line with Aurecon’s strategic objectives. Facilitates best practice transfer across the business for proposals.

What will you do?

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Lead Proposal Support team and ensure consistent quality support is provided for the key portfolio stakeholders
• Champion the Aurecon Methodology and provide experienced bid management services
• Apply Aurecon tools and systems to win work
• Manage the interface and discussions between internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in business improvement initiatives related to Winning Work
  
  

Qualifications (Required)

You will also need the following capabilities:

• At least 3 years of Supervisory or Team Lead, People Management experience (capability uplift, coaching, performance review, etc.)
• Can write advance proposal writing, manage bids, and create storytelling
• Background in Bids, Proposal is highly preferred
• Experienced in driving business development initiatives, and delivering high-quality proposals through compelling storytelling and advanced writing/editing
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure
