OPERATIONS

• Usage of SPACEPACK (Property Management Program) to monitor late payments or contract renewals of other buildings to remind them if necessary (by checking that the units are free of alert icons on Spacepack).
• Receive documents from other buildings and disperse accordingly (see workflow for instructions).
• Coordinate and manage other building administrators concerns.
• Condominium buildings visit for checking of cleanliness and verification of vacant units.
• Transmittal of return checks and monitoring replacement of checks returned to tenant.
• Replying to inquiries of potential tenants and leads generated from Lamudi, Facebook, text messages, etc.
• Auditing or checking that there are no delayed uncleared Post-Dated Checks and no delayed payment received by the accounting department.
• Auditing or checking that the payments cleared by accounting are reflected on the respective passbooks.
  
  

• Fill up vacancies for all the buildings
• Post vacancies in Facebook Marketplace, Facebook forums, Carousell, Lamudi and other online real estate websites.
• Update details on Lamudi, Facebook, Instagram
• Make content for social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
• Coordinate updating of website with website developer (if needed. Currently, not working).
