Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time (8:00 AM - 5:00PM PST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in staffing, resource planning, project coordination, or operations roles
Strong resource planning and workload management skills to effectively assign and prioritize projects
Excellent coordination and scheduling abilities, including managing availability, travel, training, and PTO
Proven communication and stakeholder management skills across Project Managers, Regional Directors, and Sales teams
High attention to detail when reviewing contracts, project scopes, and client requirements
Ability to analyze and validate information using internal systems and external online tools (e.g., databases, maps, public records)
Solid understanding of utilization tracking, capacity planning, and performance goals
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and support team-wide objectives
Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when handling internal and external interactions
What will you do?
Assign new projects to Project Managers based on availability, qualifications, and workload
Prioritize projects and balance staffing resources to meet deadlines and utilization goals
Review contracts, client requirements, and project details using internal databases and external tools
Validate project information through online resources (e.g., public records, maps, prior reports)
Act as the main liaison between Project Managers, Regional Directors, and Sales teams
Monitor Project Manager utilization and support efforts to meet monthly performance targets
Communicate regularly with Project Managers to address delays, support needs, and scheduling conflicts
Support complex or high-priority projects and assist other staffing team members as needed
Participate in coordination calls and contribute to continuous improvement of staffing processes
