What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Mandatory: 1–3 years’ experience in an IT or Project Coordination role within an IT or MSP environment with AU/US experience.
Mandatory: Proficiency in AutoTask, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Managed Engine, or other project and service management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience working in a corporate environment, supporting communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized and able to assist with multiple tasks or projects while meeting deadlines, supporting issue resolution as needed.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
What will you do?
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Delivery Team.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and
deliverables.
Update project details in the project management system and ensure accuracy.
Assist in tracking progress and reporting on project status.
Assist with the coordination of hardware, software, and other project-related
procurement activities under guidance.
Support communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, escalating as
needed to ensure timely information flow.
Support licensing and renewal processes (Microsoft CSP and related products) as
required.
Build and maintain an understanding of client-specific tools and processes by following
documented procedures and team guidance.
