You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Champions process enhancements or enhancing processes for scale.
• Champions after sales support while working with cross-functional teams from GCash to enable support teams to understand new product launches and marketing promotions and address inquiries.
• Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
• Focuses on launch readiness of product/s handled and building and ensures it remains compliant with policies and regulations.
• Ensures high quality product service levels and reporting i.e. minimizes transaction errors and partner reporting issues
• Coordinates with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams outside the commercial group (eg. CXM, Finance, BA, Tech & Ops), either directly or in collaboration with the product managers to ensure business objectives are met.
• Manages tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
  
  
  

We Are Looking For

• With Educational Background – College graduate with strong leadership potential experience in Project & Product Management
• With experience in Vendor Management; preferably handling merchants and external partners
• With at least 3-5 years of work experience in Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution or similar industries is preferred; experience with credit card or debit card products is an advantage
• With experience in project management and presentation skills
• With background in Google Suite / MS Tools / other Applications and familiarity with Agile methodologies
