We'relookingforamid-levelProductManagertojoinusinworkingdirectly
withcustomerstounderstandtheirpainpointsandturningindividualasksintosolutionsthatscaleacrossourwholecustomerbase.Thisrolesitsacrosswebandmobile,withastrongfocusoncomplianceandplatformconsistency,andpartnerscloselywithEngineering,UX,SolutionsConsulting,andSupport.
Thisisaroleforsomeonewhoisgenuinelycuriousaboutcustomersandhowtheproductworksintheirhands,whocanholdtheirowninatriad,andwho'scomfortablemakingprioritizationcallsbackedbyevidenceratherthaninstinctalone.

Workdirectlywithcustomerstounderstandpainpointsandusecases,withaparticularfocusoncustomer-raisedasksandrequests
Translateindividualcustomerproblemsintosolutionsthatcanberolledouttothebroadercustomerbase,notjusttherequestingaccount
Understandandsolveforcompliancerequirementsacrossbothwebandmobileplatforms
Translatewebfeaturesintomobilefeatures,ensuringparityandplatform-appropriatedesign
Defineandprioritizeprojectsandtasksbasedonevidenceandstakeholderconsultation
Proactivelyreportonprogressandchallengestostakeholdersandleadership
Ownanddriveproductbriefs,workinginclosecollaborationwithEngineering,UX,SolutionsConsulting(SC),andSupport
