As a Product Experience Designer, you’ll help shape simple, intuitive, and meaningful digital experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams to turn customer needs and business goals into thoughtful product experiences.

From understanding the problem to designing and improving live experiences, you’ll use research, data, and design expertise to create experiences that drive adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and other business outcomes.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Partner with Product Managers to understand customer needs, business goals, and key performance indicators, and translate these into intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create digital experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products that are easy, useful, and consistent for customers.
• Develop experience solutions that help improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transaction frequency.
• Use customer research, behavioral data, funnel performance, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements when developing design solutions.
• Apply GCash’s experience architecture, design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable patterns to ensure a consistent experience across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process, from problem definition to implementation.
• Review post-launch customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help shape product decisions by bringing a strong customer and experience perspective to cross-functional discussions.
  
  
  

We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences, from understanding customer problems to implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of how customer experience can impact business metrics such as adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction frequency.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to look beyond the initial brief to understand the real customer and business problem.
• Ability to use customer research, behavioral insights, and product analytics to support design decisions.
• Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to design experiences that work within a larger product and ecosystem.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence product decisions and partner strategically with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and customer needs can evolve.
• Experience in fintech, financial products, lifestyle platforms, or other digital products is a plus.
