Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily procurement service center operations to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to the procurement team to enhance their performance.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to senior management.
- Implement best practices to optimize supply chain and procurement operations.
A Successful Procurement Service Center Supervisor Should Have
- A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools. (SAP, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PHP 100000 to PHP 146000.
