Procurement Manager-Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities for logistics and transportation services, including supplier engagement, bidding administration, and evaluations.
• Conduct cost and commercial analyses across logistics services, manpower, and operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing sourcing documents, commercial assessments, and recommendation reports.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
• Work with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align project deliverables.
• Track timelines, follow-ups, and key procurement milestones.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience supporting RFQs/RFPs and managing supplier interactions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Background in logistics procurement, transportation services, or 3PL/4PL environments.
• Experience building cost models or conducting rate benchmarking.
• Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and operational considerations in logistics.
