Job Description

The Associate Business Process Lead supports the execution of the global business process excellence strategy roadmap by driving process improvement initiatives that promote standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint. The role is responsible for conducting internal assessments to evaluate current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization, benchmarking industry best practices, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, the position leads Procurement knowledge management initiatives through the development and maintenance of supplier profiles, industry data analysis, and relevant reporting that supports Procurement associates globally. The Associate Business Process Lead also develops reporting tools, generates standard reports, and shares insights with Procurement Leadership while supporting systems and process-related training initiatives for the Global Procurement organization, including activities related to PO compliance, audits, and supplier risk assessments.

What You’ll Do

  • Process Compliance: You will lead efforts for purchase order compliance, including PO audits and remediation plans. You will also manage the ongoing legacy supplier risk assessment process.
  • Business Process Management: You will be responsible for gathering feedback and driving process improvements for all reporting tools. You will conduct internal assessments to define current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: You will directly interact with stakeholders within and outside of Procurement to ensure effective communication and feedback exchange. You will also support the maintenance of the knowledge management center and benchmarking data.
  • Standardized Deployment of Strategic Initiatives: You will support the execution of the global business process excellence strategy roadmap by leading process improvement initiatives that deliver standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 5–7 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related operational function.
  • Preferably, you have negotiation experience, expertise in International Logistics, supplier management involving foreign incoterms, and experience working in multinational companies.
  • You have knowledge of core procurement processes and project management/change management fundamentals.
  • You are proficient in Excel and Power BI.
  • You have familiarity with AI development.
  • You have experience with SAP ERP and Tableau.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You have the ability to follow procedures and sequential processes.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills to analyze and review orders while driving process efficiencies.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • You are amenable to reporting onsite twice a week in BGC, Taguig City.
  • You are willing to work on a mid-shift or night-shift schedule.
