Position Title: Process Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

  • Reviews ITG practices and prepares the necessary documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, guidelines) to standardize key ITG processes.
  • Evaluates and coordinates with other ITG Units the alignment of ITG’s processes with relevant business policies and procedures
  • Assesses existing regulations and industry standards (e.g., ITIL, banking and technology industries), and align ITG’s processes with such new regulations, and where applicable, to the relevant standards.
  • Coordinates process improvement initiatives within ITG to facilitate efficient delivery of IT services.
  • Provides support to Resource Management Tool (RMT) users for incidents, requests, inquiries and application maintenance in coordination with the vendor as applicable

Role Exposure:

  • Develop and enhance your capabilities in reviewing, assessing, drafting and implementing IT policies and procedures following the existing regulations and IT industry standards on controls and compliance
  • Enhance interpersonal skills by working collaboratively with IT Senior Leaders, key officers and other units of the bank
  • Deepen your understanding on IT processes and compliance

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year work experience in IT processes and banking
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes, compliance and banking concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to positively contribute
  • High organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications
