I’m inviting you to step into the role of Process Assessment Rep—the critical position that will manually audit process adherence (Documented SOPs) for every sales rep and every ASR, then send the exact corrective training needed so everyone operates exactly as designed.

Here’s the Plan: Step Into High-Impact Process Audits You’ll own manual SOP/process adherence checks for all sales reps and all ASRs. You’ll identify every deviation and immediately send the correct training content so the entire team stays locked in.

Master the Art of Total Process Adherence You’ll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete and total process adherence without variation. Daily, you’ll play a direct role in helping management in completely eliminating all process adherence failure from Tribe.

Earn While You Enforce This is a paid hourly role starting at $6/hr + with clear growth as we scale the Quality Department. The tighter our processes stay because of your audits, the more the whole company wins—including you.

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives with clear documented SOPs and zero tolerance for deviation
  • You’ve got the tech setup: a fast computer, stable internet (Octane Speed 20,000+), a backup plan for outages, and a headset
  • Sales, quality, or audit experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person from scratch
