Process Analyst-BPMN Flowchart AU FMCG Hybrid

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Flowchart Migration Specialist to support a short-term project involving the migration of process diagrams from BPMN 2.0 files into Lucid. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in flowcharting and process documentation tools such as Lucid or Visio.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in flowchart creation and process mapping
• Hands-on experience with Lucid (preferred) or Microsoft Visio
• Exposure to BPMN 2.0 is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret technical diagrams
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience handling large-scale diagram migration projects
• Familiarity with other flowcharting or diagramming tools
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and restructure existing BPMN 2.0 diagrams into Lucid format
• Maintain accuracy of process flows, annotations, and control descriptions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for clarifications
• Follow defined templates and standards for diagram consistency
• Support review and validation of completed flowcharts
• Migrate approximately 180–200 flowcharts from BPMN 2.0 format into Lucid
• Accurately transfer process descriptions, notes, and control details into the new system
