PPC Strategist (Meta Lead Generation)

Sourcing Location: Candidates can be from all countries

Salary range: $800-1400 DOE

Working Hours: Remote (PT/MT hours preferred; weekdays + part-time weekends)

Improving, optimization and supporting the success of our PPC campaigns. Making strategic changes. Understanding the goals and delivering strong outcomes for our clients. Supporting the account managers on data/analytics. Strong communication skills, data-driven, detail oriented, etc. Working with our backend VA’s/media buyers to execute changes within the campaigns.

About The Role

We’re seeking a data-driven PPC Strategist to improve, optimize, and support the success of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-generation campaigns. You will translate client goals into clear testing plans and strategic changes, then partner with our backend VAs

and media buyers to execute with precision. You’ll also support account managers with data and analytics, ensuring stakeholders have clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who consistently delivers strong outcomes against client objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess campaign performance across the funnel and define optimization plans to improve CPL, lead quality, and ROAS.
  • Make strategic changes to bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to achieve client goals.
  • Build and prioritize testing roadmaps (creative, audience, landing flow, bidding) with clear success criteria.
  • Translate strategy into execution briefs for VAs/media buyers; review changes for accuracy and impact.
  • Partner with account managers to analyze data, craft narratives, and present insights and next steps.
  • Create weekly performance reports with diagnostics, learnings, and action items tied to KPIs.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy; validate events, pixels/Conversions API, and lead flow integrity.
  • Standardize operating procedures, naming conventions, and dashboards to drive consistency and speed.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates (Meta Ads) to inform proactive recommendations.
  • Maintain responsive communication and on-time delivery, including light weekend coverage as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Google PPC campaigns
  • Meta campaign optimization expertise in lead generation (not e-commerce); able to improve CPL and lead quality through systematic testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency interpreting channel metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) and diagnosing performance drivers.
  • Meta Blueprint certification (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with execution teams (e.g., VAs/media buyers) and providing clear, structured direction.
  • Availability to work PT/MT hours on weekdays with part-time weekend support. Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting account managers or client-facing presentations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and project management tools. Exposure to Zapier or similar automation tools.
  • Understanding of Conversions API setup and event mapping.
