Plush Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Plush Designer to transform our characters into huggable, high-quality plush toys. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail to produce design documents that manufacturers can use to bring our characters to life. You will be the bridge between our creative vision and the manufacturing process, ensuring each plushie matches the brands personality and quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Translate character art into detailed plushie design documentation for manufacturing.
• Specify materials, colors, dimensions, stitching, and features for production-ready designs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure designs are feasible and maintain design integrity.
• Ensure timelines are met for plushie production and delivery.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity across all plushie designs.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Plush Designer, Toy Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD for toys.
• Excellent illustration and 3D conceptualization skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate 2D characters into 3D forms.
