The PH Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

What we look for:

• Must be a Bachelors Degree graduate of BS Nursing
• With active PRC Nursing License
• Must be a valid Philippines passport holder
• With at least six (6) months of recent hospital bedside care experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in an Healthcare Account under BPO/CPO industry is an advantage
• With excellent Communication, Organizational, Time Management, and Interpersonal skills
• Must be amenable for any account type (voice/blended/non-voice) account
• Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any shift schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Taguig, or Cebu
• Can start on February 2!
