1、Responsible for Philippines cross border business operational strategy planning in the Philippine market, ensuring the achievement of business goals.

2、Coordinate Phlllipine and crosse border team, drive project execution, and ensure efficient implementation of operational plans.

3、Monitor market trends, analyze business data, and provide strong support for decision-making.

4、Work closely with the Phillipines team to optimize operational processes and enhance efficiency.

5、Participate in key sellers collaboration, share market trend, and promote continuous innovation and business growth.

Job Requirements

1、本科及以上学历

2、一年以上相关工作经验，有电商或互联网行业背景优先。

3、熟悉菲律宾市场，具备良好的市场洞察力和商业敏感度。

4、具备出色的项目管理能力，能够有效推动跨部门协作。

5、良好的沟通和协调能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，有团队合作精神。

1、Bachelors degree or above

2、More than one year of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with e-commerce or Internet industry background.

3、Familiarity with the Philippine market, with strong market insights and business acumen.

4、Outstanding project management skills, capable of effectively driving interdepartmental collaboration.

5、Excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented.
