Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP) or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience in gathering and interpreting data for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing employee data and performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing employee initiatives.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
What will you do?
The PAC Partner is responsible for implementing employee-centric initiatives, including new programs and existing programs that focus on creating positive onboarding to offboarding experiences for employees. Employee Relations and Retention:
Assisting on conducting surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with CSMs and HR teams to address employee concerns, foster a positive work culture, and proactively mitigate retention risks.
Onboarding And Orientation
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires.
Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires have access to tools, resources, and training for success.
Ignite Programs
Support and facilitate all the Ignite Programs.
Assist on providing career support, practical resources, and personal guidance to employees
Support the team to create new programs to help the current program
Make reports for the management.
Employee Support and Well-Being:
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to employees on workplace matters.
Promote initiatives that enhance work-life balance, mental health, and overall employee well-being.
Identify potential stressors or dissatisfaction, offering resources and referrals when necessary.
Employee Communication And Feedback
Establish and maintain effective communication channels between employees and management.
Support on organizing town halls, team-building events, and feedback sessions to encourage open dialogue, as needed.
Act as a liaison, advocating for employees needs and concerns to senior management.
People Success Metrics And Reporting
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ignite program, onboarding and offboarding.
Prepare and present regular reports to People & Culture Business Partner Manager, showcasing trends, improvement areas, and success stories.
Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in people-related initiatives.
