ROLE OVERVIEW:

The People Analytics Senior Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic HR and business decisions. This role is responsible for managing complex reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity, and developing scalable analytics solutions. The position partners closely with leadership, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and reporting frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage and deliver multiple complex and high-priority reporting requests across the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Apply best practices in data analytics, including data validation, integrity checks, and thorough documentation of methodologies.
  • Conduct regular audits and validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
  • Partner directly with leadership teams and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, provide insights, and present findings.
  • Support different departments with ad-hoc reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain data solutions using advanced tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other reporting platforms.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.


EDUCATION:


  • Bachelors degree in business, applied mathematics, statistics, operations research or related discipline; advanced degree preferred


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Reporting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies.
  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with Workday Reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other advanced querying tools.
  • Experience in developing end-to-end reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Exposure to HR functional areas such as Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation.
