Senior Pega Developer (Engineer III)

As a Senior Pega Developer joining our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications. Qualifications:

• 3-5 years or more of hands-on experience in Pega Development
• Pega Certification: Certified System Architect (CSA) / Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with designing and implementing Pega Case Types
• Knowledge of Pega integration techniques
• Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
• Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.
• Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.
• Experienced working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution
• Able to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions.
• Up to date with new Technology and have a deep understanding of when to use it.
• Humble in approach and not afraid to be wrong.
