PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Run end-to-end PH payroll for several client companies (up to :500 employees).

Handle 13th month pay, year-end annualization, final/last pay, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Prepare BIR filings and year-end reports (alphalist, 2316).

Validate payroll results produced by the system and investigate discrepancies.

Work with our developers: explain payroll rules clearly, test new features, and check calculations before release.

This is a remote position.

Run end-to-end PH payroll for several client companies (up to :500 employees).

Handle 13th month pay, year-end annualization, final/last pay, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

Prepare BIR filings and year-end reports (alphalist, 2316).

Validate payroll results produced by the system and investigate discrepancies.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on PH payroll experience.

Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.

Comfortable with spreadsheets and payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).

Clear communicator, able to explain “why” a number is what it is.

Experience at a payroll software company (implementation, support, or payroll operations) is a plus.

Singapore payroll experience (CPF, SDL) is a plus.
