Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Work Setup: 2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH per week
What are we looking for?
3+ years experience in payroll, workforce management, HR operations, or related work for Australian company
Strong to advanced Excel skills (data reconciliation, analysis and reporting)
Understand and apply workplace pay rules (Awards and Enterprise Agreements) and investigate timesheet discrepancies to ensure accurate employee pay and compliance.

Manage high-volume support queries within strict payroll deadlines
Support managers and employees with time and attendance system enquiries
Escalate Award or Enterprise Agreement (EA) interpretation risks
