What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 1 year of experience working in a business process outsourcing environment, preferably in finance, banking, or payments;
• Experience with and competence in processing a high volume of cases (over 100 per day) quickly;
• Fast internet connection (50 Mbps broadband internet connection);
• An inquisitive mind and resourcefulness to be able to conduct investigations.
• Whilst not necessary, candidates who have experience in fast-growing companies or fully remote roles will be preferred.
  
  

To be eligible for this role, you must be available to work night shifts or on

weekends.

What will you do?

As a Payments and Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing transactions made by our customers to ensure these meet our requirements.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Analysing and verifying customer accounts for authenticity;
• Requesting additional documentation from customers where required;
• Escalating customer accounts and transactions to senior team members for additional review;
• Analysing payment information to determine if payments have been received and are authentic;
• Troubleshooting customer issues with completing account creation and making payments; and
• Providing training and assistance to other new team members when needed.
