Roles And Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy & Negotiation
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with partners (e.g., revenue shares, AUM-based fees, acquisition incentives)
• Ensure deal structures are financially sound, scalable, and aligned with GCash’s long-term strategy
• Lead renewal discussions and support legal and finance in finalizing contract terms
• Track commercial obligations and proactively manage risks or renegotiation triggers
• Strategic Partner Alignment
• Align with partners on overall strategy, product direction, and key joint initiatives (e.g., feature rollouts, GTM plans)
• Serve as the main strategic contact for partners—balancing their objectives with internal priorities
• Provide partner input to internal teams (e.g., Product, Segments, Risk) to support roadmap planning or strategic pivots
• Stay on top of competitor offerings and market shifts to advise on partnership opportunities or threats
• Governance & Compliance Coordination
• Ensure partners meet contractual and regulatory obligations, including BSP requirements and internal risk protocols
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and other teams for audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions
• Track key governance milestones such as onboarding, contract renewals, or policy updates
• Flag and help resolve compliance or reputational risks tied to partner behavior or product gaps
