Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Assistant - Part Time (US Real Estate, WFH)

Salary: P300 - P500 per hour

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 12:00 NN PHT (4 hours a day; 20 hours a week)

About The Role

Were looking for a creative, reliable part-time Social Media Content Creator to help repurpose existing real estate videos, manage posting across platforms, and support marketing, outreach, and admin tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working with digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Edit and cut existing videos into short-form content
• Create and remake real estate posts for Instagram & YouTube
• Schedule and manage weekly posts
• Track performance (views, engagement, growth) and organize results
  
  

Email Marketing

• Create and send weekly email blasts
• Write clear, engaging email content
• Organize and maintain contact lists
  
  

Presentations & Proposals

• Create PowerPoint presentations or proposals based on provided information
• Format slides to look clean, professional, and on-brand
  
  

Outreach & Engagement

• Reach out to investors and prospects on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Help manage messages, comments, and follow-ups
  
  

Admin Support

• Light administrative tasks
• Organize files, content, and basic data
• Assist with day-to-day marketing support as needed
  
  

Skills Required:

• Canva (posts, presentations, simple design)
• CapCut or similar video editing tool (Reels & Shorts)
• Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook
• PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Strong organization and time management skills
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and easy to communicate with
• Willing to follow brand guidelines and instructions
