Schedule: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, PA, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Previous experience with legal software, preferably Leap.
  • Strong typing skills, including experience with dictation typing.
  • Excellent written communication and drafting ability.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Professional communication skills and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties
  • Typing dictations and preparing documents from audio and handwritten notes.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assisting with general office administration and workflow management.
  • Legal Support
  • Drafting correspondence, including letters, emails, and internal

communications.

  • Preparing and drafting engagement documents, costs agreements, and

disclosure statements.

  • Assisting with preparation of court documents, forms, briefs, and other legal

paperwork.

  • Conducting basic legal research and assisting with compilation of materials for hearings and conferences.
  • Client Interaction
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients regarding appointments,

documentation, and administrative matters.

  • Coordinating signing of documents, including arranging DocuSign
  • Practice Support
  • Assisting with workflow monitoring and file management across the practice.
  • Maintaining accurate records in practice management software.
  • Supporting the Principal and team with ad hoc tasks as required.
