Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage multi-channel paid media operations, ensuring alignment with growth KPIs
• Lead high-scale campaign tests and implement automation for optimization
• Forecast budgets, manage pacing, and track ROI across all channels
• Mentor and develop team members in campaign management and analysis
• Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and business reporting systems
• Monitor new technologies, privacy changes, and platform algorithms to guide the company’s paid media evolution
• Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations directly to senior management
• Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• Optimize campaigns to achieve target metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
• Design and execute creative and audience tests to identify scalable tactics
• Analyze campaign results, identify performance patterns, and refine strategies
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and channel allocations
• Provide performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics teams to align on creative and conversion goals
• Assist in setting up and launching paid ad campaigns (audiences, budget, targeting, creatives)
• Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly; flag anomalies or underperforming ads
• Execute simple optimizations (pause poor performers, adjust bids, refresh creatives)
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and copy
• Generate basic campaign performance reports and track KPIs
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and budget trackers
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design
• Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
  
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, (sometimes Pinterest / Reddit Ads)
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Google Tag Manager
• Ad reporting/dashboards (Supermetrics, internal dashboards)
• Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
