Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to ensure secure system configurations.
- Provide recommendations to enhance data security and minimize risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cybersecurity.
- Train staff on best practices for cybersecurity and data protection.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and threats.
A Successful Cybersecurity Specialist Should Have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with OT PLC/SCADA is required
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with risk assessment and vulnerability testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Technology department.
- Proficiency in analyzing and responding to cyber threats effectively.
