• Booking & Field Coordination
• Contact tenants via phone and email to arrange electrical, gas, smoke alarm safety checks, and service/repair work.
• Create and maintain a smooth daily schedule for field technicians.
• Manage inbound booking inquiries via phone and email.
• Serve as a central point of contact for tenants, property managers, and internal teams.
• Use operating systems (e.g., Simpro) to process bookings and update work orders per company standards.
• Maintain accurate and clean data by updating duplicates and verifying customer information.
• Distribute completed safety reports, invoices, and quotes to property managers.
