Offline Partnerships Associate

Summary Of The Job

Partnership Associate will be responsible for activating, engaging, monitoring, and training the stores of our retail partners. The Partnership Associate will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute on the respective partner strategy.

• South Luzon (Laguna / Batangas / Cavite)

• Cagayan de Oro City

• ⁠⁠Oversee all sales activities and client relationships within the assigned area
• Drive revenue growth by retaining existing clients and acquiring new partners
• Set GWP Target and drive achievement from Store Partners with PM
• Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers
• Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores
• Liaise with Retail Partner in order to fulfill all internal Qoala requirements with Partnership Manager
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail (gadgets) or financial services
• Strong dealer network within the assigned area
• Proven account management skills
• Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• ⁠High level of integrity and reliability
• ⁠Willing to travel for business
