Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as an NDIS Virtual Assistant.
  • Competency and experience using ShiftCare software.
  • Understanding of NDIS funding, compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What will you do?

  • Rostering & Scheduling:
  • Match support workers to clients based on skills, availability, and location.
  • Manage shift cancellations, changes, and last-minute emergency replacements.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files, ensuring all Service Agreements and documents are current.
  • Invoicing & Billing (NDIS):
  • Process and generate accurate NDIS invoices based on support hours

logged in ShiftCare.

  • Ensure all billable hours are correctly linked to NDIS funding lines.
  • Reconcile shift logs with timesheets for accurate billing.
  • System Maintenance & Communication:
  • Update client care plans, goals, and notes within the ShiftCare app.
  • Liaise with support workers, clients, and their families via email/

phone.

They are a Perth based small business (starting with two people). Although we have support work experience in the NDIS space as well as experience as owners and operators of businesses this is a new NDIS business. So the opportunity is to work with a small group and help build a fast growing business through good business practices and a can do attitude.
